I am a BACP Accredited psychotherapist experienced in offering counselling and psychotherapy to couples and individuals of all sexualities, who want to explore relationship concerns in a confidential, non-judgemental space. Based in London, I work online with people who live both in the UK and internationally. I also see people in person at my consulting room in East Finchley, N2.

I trained at Tavistock Relationships, a world-renowned institution which has been a specialist in relationship therapy since its inception in 1948. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma and a Masters (Distinction) in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Tavistock Relationships. As well as these qualifications, I am trained to deliver Mentalization-Based Therapy (MBT), especially for parents in crisis.
Alongside seeing couples and individuals in private practice, I work as a visiting clinician at Tavistock Relationships where I see clients, deliver short-term interventions on the Parenting under Pressure programme, and work in the Separation and Divorce service. I am also a personal tutor on the psychodynamic training at TR.
I am a registered and accredited member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP (Accred)) and I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and professional standards. I hold a full DBS check.
